Sprain

Sprains (Ligament injury) and Strains (Muscle injury) are common orthopedic injuries among all age groups especially in sports and overweight population. Sprains can occur in any body part but are most often found in the lower and upper extremities, such as the ankle, knee, shoulder, or wrist. The most common muscle strain sites are the lumbar spine (lower back) and the hamstring muscle in the back of the thigh.

Sprain and Strain injuries require physical therapy rehabilitation to help the tissue healing and to retain and strengthen the muscles and tendons. Our equipped therapists will help to recover soon by accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment strategies.
